Fresh or up to one (1) year experience in risk and compliance preferably in the financial industry.
Knowledge of financial due diligence, AML KYC assessment, application of IFRS-9, risk management and credit risk of infrastructure project companies/Banking/NBFI/Financial Services/Corporate Sector).
Understanding of compliance framework and risk management frameworks, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), with the ability to identify and mitigate operational, credit, market, liquidity, and reputational risks.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the evaluation of identified key risks and controls specific to each department’s operations.
Assist in periodic Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises for all departments.
Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Simplified Due Diligence (SDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), enhancing AML/KYC compliance and performing comprehensive risk assessments of potential customers and vendors.
Ensure all regulatory compliances areas are adequately covered in the Company’s operational risk matrix.
Work with the legal and other teams to ensure all pertinent regulatory compliance areas are fulfilled.
